Hello and welcome to Weathers RV Park!

My name is Marti Weathers and I'd like to invite you to come and stay with us. When I say "us" I'm including everyone in our extended family who spend their summers here. Some of our friends have been coming here for over 40 years and some of our recent guests are just starting to make us part of their family tradition. We  hope to see you soon!

If you decide to stay one day or stay for the entire summer you will find you are very welcome here. Our rates are fair and the most reasonable in the valley. We have both 50amp and 30 amp sites available with full hook-ups. There is also ample acreage for dry and tent camping.

Eagle Nest Lake is part of our backyard and only a short walk through our back gate. When you stay at Weathers RV Park you get 360 degree panoramic views of the Sangre de Christo Mountains including Wheeler Peak, the highest peak in New Mexico.

The park is located right on the Enchanted Circle, a 100 mile loop thru New Mexico's high country.  There are many outdoor activities to enjoy in the area.  Come and enjoy some of the best trout fishing in the country. Eagle Nest Lake is right behind the park and the Cimarron River is just 2 miles over the pass in the Cimarron Canyon State Park.  There are places you can ride horses or go jeepin' on numerous mountain trails. Ride your bicycle or walk down No Name Trail 3/4 mile into town where you can enjoy shopping in our quaint little shops and eating great meals in our restaurants.

If that sounds like too much activity, you can always enjoy our spacious table filled game room. This room is available for private parties and is also used for potlucks and jam sessions for RV musicians. There is  a small library and a variety of games and puzzles for your enjoyment. Our main facility includes clean washers and dryers for your convenience.

The park is open May to October.

For further information or reservations call 575-377-2276. You can also contact us thru our e-mail address weathersrvpark@qwestoffice.net.

Park visitors can often see elk from the park as they cross the highway on their way back into the forest after drinking from Eagle Nest Lake.  Bear and deer are also seen.
